DIGITAL PROJECTION CHAMPIONSHIP

The Council are pleased to be able to announce the hosting of the 2nd Digital Projection Championship and would like all to consider entering.

CHAMPIONSHIP ENTRY FEE  £16.00 Which also includes a Disc of the entries which will be compiled and distributed to participating clubs after the championship. This disc will be for showing at club nights only and both it and the images on it must not be copied nor redistributed in any form whatsoever. This will not affect each author's copyright ownership.

TIMES: Lounge/Bar opens at 12:00 Midday: Hall 1:30.p.m.
Start 2:00.p.m. Mid-Afternoon Break with Refreshments

HALL ENTRANCE FEE:  £1.00 Shaw Social Club Levy plus £5.00 Hall                                        (N.B. 1 free entry voucher per participating club)

PARTICIPATION: At least ONE member from each participating club must be in attendance.

NOTES: Directions to the hall can be found on Newbury CCs website

There are many Restaurants and Hotels for Lunches locally. Packed Lunches can be eaten in the Lounge.  No beverages other than Bar Dinks are available at this time
