Trophies

Clubs are advised that they shall accept responsibility for any Trophy(ies) awarded, including the return of Trophy(ies) in good condition to The Southern Photographic Federation by the:-

1st March. League and Finals Day Trophies.

1st November. Annual Exhibition Trophies.

1st January. Slide Championship Trophies.

1st January. Print Championship Trophies.

The Championship Trophies are held for a period of 2 Years.

In the event of loss or damage to any Trophy, it is the holding Club's responsibility to:-

1. Notify the Council immediately.

2. Make good any damage.

3. Replace the Trophy with one of equal standing in the event of total loss.
